Ordering Your DEXTER FIDDLE

Because of the time it takes to make a DEXTER FIDDLE, custom orders are available but on a limited basis. I do have several DEXTER FIDDLES already completed and available for immediate shipping. Please view them in the gallery. Because of the uniqueness of each DEXTER FIDDLE the prices range from $2,000 to $5,000 each.

• RETURN POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your new DEXTER FIDDLE, and to make your purchase easier we are now offering a no risk Trial-Play* of your new fiddle. Please go ahead and give your instrument a good “run for the money”. But if for any reason whatsoever you are not 100% happy with your DEXTER FIDDLE, then please don’t worry! Just send your DEXTER FIDDLE back to us undamaged and we will happily give you a full refund of the purchase price!

*For a full refund the fiddle must be returned to us within 30 days from when we ship it. That means you need to leave time for the fiddle to travel back to us (remember to count weekends). In the event of a return and you received free shipping, then you’ll be charged shipping and handling charges. If you paid for expedited shipping we will refund the price of the fiddle only.

• SCRATCHES AND DAMAGES

If you damage or scratch the fiddle, consider it sold. If we receive the fiddle back with scratches then we will have to charge your card for the extra shipping to send it back to you. There are no exceptions. We think that it is a privilege to be able to have a free trial of a fiddle of this caliber with no restocking fee. We expect our customers will be extremely careful during the trial process.

• SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING: Free Shipping and Handling is only available for inside the Continental U.S.A. United Parcel Service (UPS) shipping including insurance is required for tracking and safety of your fiddle. Delivery runs about 2-7 days from the day we ship your instrument.

FASTER SHIPPING: If you would like more time with your fiddle or need it in a rush we will ship it quicker at your request but additional shipping cost must be provided by customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Shipping your fiddle to either Canada or overseas doesn’t not qualify for free shipping or free trial. Please call or email for arrangements for your fiddle to be safely and properly shipped.
